The Official Hey Boo Podcast
Life is full of relationships—and none of them come with a manual. At The Official Hey Boo Podcast, we chat, laugh, and unpack life's challenges and other interesting topics with honesty, humor, and practical tools for navigating love, family, friendships, and yourself.
The Story of The Official Hey Boo
The Official Hey Boo Podcast grew out of the real-life friendship between Lynnea Molina, LCSW, and Lauren Turner, LCSW—two therapists, mothers, and partners in long-term relationships who wanted to normalize the conversations that so many people of color have behind closed doors. What started as casual chats about love, sex, parenting, and mental health became a platform where laughter, honesty, and healing meet.
Lynnea Molina, LCSW
Lynnea is a licensed therapist, founder of MindfullyWell Therapy, and an Certified Sex Informed Therapist (CST) and AASECT Candidate who is passionate about making conversations about mental health, relationships, and intimacy feel approachable instead of intimidating. Whether she's talking about marriage, parenting her four boys, multiculturalism, grief, navigating big changes or helping people strengthen their relationships, Lynnea blends clinical insight with authenticity, curiosity, and humor. On Hey Boo, she invites listeners into authentic conversations that challenge shame, encourage growth, and remind us that healing doesn't require doing it all perfectly —and in fact its actually rooted connection much like very conversations had on the podcast!

Why We Created Hey Boo
Together, Lauren and Lynnea created Hey Boo to be the space they wished they had—a place where therapy meets friendship, where difficult conversations become approachable, and where listeners can laugh, learn, and heal. Every episode is an invitation to explore relationships, mental health, intimacy, parenting, and personal growth with honesty, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor.
