Meet Hannah
Hannah Weinstein
I’m a therapist who believes that real healing starts with real connection. I show up as a human first—authentic, down-to-earth, and deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and sometimes even a little bit fun (yes, we can laugh and do the hard work).
I love to work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, life transitions and identity exploration, with a specific passion for supporting young adults. I'm especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ folks and making sure you feel affirmed, heard, and understood every step of the way.
I also work with couples who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or just not on the same page. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication issues, or big life changes, I help you slow down, tune into each other, and rebuild connection in a way that feels honest and real. I welcome all kinds of relationships—monogamous, poly, queer, straight, and everything in between.
My approach is human-centered and integral, meaning I view you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms or problems. I draw from somatic practices, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you connect more deeply with your body, your inner world, and the different parts of yourself that show up in life and in therapy. These tools allow us to work at a deeper level, bringing insight, clarity, and lasting change.
If you’re looking for a therapist who’s easy to talk to, genuinely cares, and meets you where you are—you’re in the right place.
